| I placed the counter code on several pages of my site, the "Favorite Pages"- statistic shows "No Data". All of those pages have been hit. How can this happen? |
That happens when the website URL you entered during registration does not match the URL you are using the code on.
For example:
You entered http://www.mysite.com and the counter is been used on http://www.mysite2.com
To fix this problem, you have to change your website URL in your registration file, for example change the URL from http://www.mysite.com to http://www.mysite2.com |
| On many reports I found there is "number of number" of records, how can I see the whole records? |

| Sure you can! To do that, please login to your account. On the “Overview” Page, scroll down to the control panel links (the blue links at the bottom of the Overview page). Under “Administrate”, please click on “Blocked IP”. On the next page, your IP address at the moment is shown there.
click on “Add” to block your current IP.
Please Note: Unless you have a static IP, you will need to do this each time you connect to the internet.

| How do I reset my counter value back to zero? Is this possible? |
Yes, it is possible.
On the "Overview" page, scroll down to the control panel links. Under "Administrate" click "Settings".
Then on the "Settings" page click "Initial Counter Value" and type in negative value of Total Hosts currently been displayed on your counter.
This should bring the total value to 0. |

| Be sure to check your spam/bulk/junk folder if you don't see an email within 5 minutes. Many email providers have spam filters that incorrectly sort password-reminder and activation emails.
